What a sad poem.

theres no hope for the future
i will always be stuck here
living in this nightmare
controlled by all the fear

This stanza just really tore at my heart. You can learn to take control back. You are stronger then the fear that lives in your mind. The more you talk about it to someone. The stronger you will be come.
