Yesterday's Memories...

What place is safe to run to
when nothing else is there?
who can you really turn to
when no one else will show they care?
How will it all be okay
when your world falls apart?
How high can your soul fly
when it carries a broken heart?
How will tomorrow come
when yesterday still isn't gone?
Will the dark clouds go away
when the sun begins to dawn?
When will all the memories
stop tormenting my dreams?
Will they ever fade away
with my soft and broken screams?
