Crazy Voices

Am I crazy?
Am I mad?
I hear the voices
Saying I'm bad.
I must do this
I can't do that
They always tell me
That I'm fat
They take control
Of what I do
They make me question
What is true.
I must be psycho
I must be mad
I've lost control
Of what I had.

    This is a very sad poem. Those inner voices of the mind. That make us question our self esteem. After hearing negative things from others we start to believe what we hear. Always reach further inside yourself and find the voice that tells you can do and be what ever you strive for.
