I'll be turning right

by Chelsey   Nov 24, 2009

As days go by and the weeks drag on
Regret will never sink in, I'm actually glad your gone
I hate that seven years of friendship is now down the drain
But face it, you've changed and things are not the same

Its been fun, rough, and hard to let go
I think we both know it's not time to do so
And I promise this time I'll go through with my vow
To not contact you, see you, I'm serious now

We live so close, but I promise when I'm heading down
I'll drive right past, I won't turn around
And when I come to the stop sign I'll make a right
Instead of that left to your house, I'll be out of sight

My wheel will want to turn automatically to your place
But I'm in control now, and your not who I long to chase
I'll make that right, drive far away, leave you behind
Trust me this time when I say I'm not changing my mind

*Aren't break ups fun :) haha

Break ups are the best! =)
the flows a bit rough in places but i personaly feel that adds to the emotion of it. Breaks ups are rough, and the emotions and thoughts you feel never seem to mesh together for a while. so i thought it helped get the feelings across.
good job. keep it up =) 5 from me
