Beautiful Pictures On Unknow Canvas

by Fire Catches   Nov 25, 2009

Carving beautiful pictures on a unknown canvas
Blood pouring not one slowing as is
Creating a mess of color that is bright
Searching in this tunnel for the light

Lullabies playing to drag you along
Whispering in your ear saying your wrong
That ending your life is not worth the pain
That not all days stay the same

But I know for a fact that's irregular say
Their toying with my mind trying to play
The twitch in my eye, the shiver up my spine
Says that nothing is ever right or even fine

So I'll continue sketching with my false brush
To forget my sorrow and feel the rush
Maybe tomorrow might not come for me
But I will forget about today and not let my eyes see

A beautiful poem, you did great.
    I loved the last stanza,
"So I'll continue sketching with my false brush
To forget my sorrow and feel the rush
Maybe tomorrow might not come for me
But I will forget about today and not let my eyes see"
The way when your young you think that if you can't see them, they can't see you, I really enjoyed. A wonderful write, well done!
