Why Hide Indeed!

Why hide...
Indeed!
If there's a reason to.
Simply spoken...
The place is warm,
That keeps me cozy.
I've made it clean
And for myself.
No nasties hiding there.
No syllables spoken
Without a care.
It shines on it's own.
This place...
That I am known to frequent.
Where shadows smile
Their appeal.
There are no thieves
Stealing...
Happiness at whim.
And there's no fee to get in.

    The fact is...this place is almost tangent. I call it Lalaland. There there are moof-flowers...and I think I have a poem describing it.

    But really it is a whimsy. Smiles.

    This was a interesting write definatly, like Sylvia said it makes you wonder where this place really is. A bit of suspense & wonder at the end...loved that.

    Sounds like a good place to have to retreat when things get overwhelming. Leaves the reader to decide where that place is. Well done.
