This was so sad and full of a ton of emotions. You both did a really awesome job making the reader feel the emotion as they read and made them feel like they were in this moment. Awesome job!(:

    Jimmy
The two of you did a great job on this. It kept my attention from start to finish. It had so much sadness. It reached right inside and gripped my heart. The ending brought tears to my eyes.
    Excellent job!

It is so sad, two people in love, their emotions about each other, then one goes away, a final goodbye. Tears in my eyes so early this morning. Good job to both of you.

Ok then Jimmy, at your request I will post it here:

I enjoyed your words tremendously, they were so moving and touch the heart of a romantic like me deeply. I think you two made something beautiful here.

What I do not like, however is a poem that is clearly written by two different hands. If you were to place your halfs underneath eachother and call the one an answer to the other then it would be perfect, not mixed like it is now. This is just my opinion however. I didn't really want to say it here, because peoplea ctually go back to these boxes and check what others write and then pm you about it, or even downvote you afterwards..I am a little bit sick and tired about this petty stuff on here.

You are a great writer son, keep going I love to read you;)

    God bless,

Back for another comment, you are too funny commenting on your own work, lol. I have to disagree with Ingrid, I like the way it is written with the two definite voices in each verse. Doesn't take away from the meaning at all or the collab. BTW I have the marriage vows almost done. lol

Congrats to the both of you!

Although I would have prefered to have seen the parts placed underneath each other, I do think this win is a well deserved one:)

    God bless,

Congrats to both you and Rainbow Dancing on this win!
Such a touching read this was ... and very deserving of the front pages.

A collab has to be one of the hardest things to write. Two people, two different styles ... but you guys penned it perfectly.

    Loved it !

This was a beautiful yet heartbreaking piece and you both wove together a true masterpiece. I could feel everything you described and could see the images before me. The emotion was so real and I felt myself mourning. You both know how to get inside the reader's soul and strike sadness into it. Thank you for sharing and congratulations on the well-deserved win.

God bless you and Merry Christmas!

An extremely moving and bittersweet poem, so filled with sadness for the two lovers, seperated now forever. It was really neat how you used alternating stanzas to describe the thoughts of each lover. Have never seen that done in a poem before. Bravo!

What a beautiful, sad poem which has captured my heart.

The words spoken so easily of two lovers who have had to endure the heartbreak of saying their final goodbyes.

At the beginning of the poem at first I thought it was the girl that was going to pass away and then realised it was the guy.

A very emotional poem it brought tears to my eyes.

    Well written
