Haunted Memories

by Lauren Waszkiewicz   Dec 4, 2009

Screaming harsh whispers,
she wanders desolately around:
In need of her remission,
from heartstrings far too wound.
She'd kill them with kindness,
but she knows they won't care.
So she'll haunt every memory,
with her pale skin and red hair.

Wow, normally i despise poems as short as this because it really gives you nothing, but this one was quite the opposite. In just a few short lines you havge me eager to read more to know more of her story and how this has all came about. Very well written peice and a well deserved 5/5 my dear.
