Falling

by Spirit   Dec 4, 2009

Standing on the edge
One more step to take
Overlooking nothingness
Eager for this fate
No thoughts tempt to persuade me
No hands holding be back
No promises of a better life
Once my train had veered off track
Seeing everything gone
One way or another
No father, no mother,
No siblings, a dead lover
Increasing is my loneliness
Progressive is my shame
Overwhelming me until my life
Could never be the same
When substance could no longer
Fill the hole inside
When depression finally won
It was easy to decide
So I'm standing on the edge
With one more step to take
Overlooking . . . nothingness
Ready to escape

This would be better if you lengthen it and describe more about that feeling it was good tho
