Falling star

Im lost in the sky not knowing what to do
Do I stay here and wait or do I make a move
A move closer to the thoughts I want
The life Id choose to take and flaunt.

All I can do is sit here and wonder
About how Im slowly going under

If I gave you my star would you take it with a kiss
Or would my star come falling down and become someone elses wish

All these words are losing their meaning
And everything around is surely slowing

I think about you and your breathtaking smile
And the way your eyes could make me dive into denial
The smallest things you do and say
Are the things that continue to make my days

So I will take a plunge without a sigh
Will you take my hand and fly with me into the sky
The sky where all of our stars finally seem to align
