Supple Hands

by Soulful Ensemble   Dec 12, 2009

I want to be yours, all yours,
Like sunlight on your palm caresses
The gentle skin that holds me
And the supple rain blesses.

I drip into your hand
And with it
Bending like molten rubber.
Becoming part of you
My darling little lover.

I wont fade when shadows come
To strike darkness in your heart.
You're strong enough without me, though
And so very smart.

I know you'll always be fine
With or without me.
And never let a dark day shine
Because you are free.
