Christmas Wishes

Do you remember not so long ago
When you were young and didn't know
That even if you were good it could all be in vain
There are things you desire that you can't obtain

Do you remember wishing for that new baseball glove
Or the floppy eared puppy, a bundle of love
Was it new skates, the red bike or air hockey game
You can have them all now by just signing your name

I remember not so long ago
When I was naive and didn't know
That the love of a woman you will never obtain
By wishing and hoping or just signing your name

    This is a very sad poem but youve written it beautifully =]
    The flow works really well and the rhyming is constant in each stanza!
