Queer love

When i told you a drag queen was beautiful, you looked at me in fear and asked how i could love a queer.
i told you it was easy, that i did it everyday, you cried and asked how i live such a queer way.
its all so simple, no matter if you're straight or gay, we all live together, and we are all here today. please open your eyes, just close your ears, don't sit there and wonder why, just let go of all your fears.
everybody wake up and live for the day, we are all together now, no matter if you're straight or gay, join hands together and and take a bow.
i look around to see all these different faces, black or white were all the same, but we live in all the same places, whether you're a man or whether you're a dame.
everyone deserves a chance at life, all these beautiful eyes, whether you're a husband or whether you're a wife, you will never see true demise.
i told you it was easy,i live it everyday, your daughter is a queer,in each and every way.
