I Want To Inspire Millions

I want to inspire millions
by only words on a page
but how will i ever do this
when my own heart is in a cage

I'm incapable of seeing
anything good inside myself
so how am i supposed to help
someone else look inside themselves

I'm scared to let anyone
get too close to the real me
i only wish i could achieve
what everyone expects of me to be

i want to inspire millions
but i have no idea how
so i guess I'll put my dream on hold
and focus on me for now
