The unsuspected

by Afraid4forever   Dec 15, 2009

When you think of depression what crosses your mind?
An emo kid with lots of makeup and screamo music?
A prep who's lost in their own world?
But what about the rest of us?
Those you'd never suspect

With friends, and goals and aspirations
Perfectly normal to the unsuspecting eye
We laugh and joke like everyone else
But close up when we're uncomfortable
Always on edge, always afraid
One wrong move and our minds sent wild
With regrets and displeasements

you'll never notice the fear in our eyes
To caught up in your own lives
So just let us pass, easily disposed of
we'll get over it and move on, that's what we always do
Right?

Please give me a break, i know its really jumbled and probably doesn't make much sense but it fit how i feel at the moment.

I like this. most people dont realize that the last ones they suspect can really be going through a hard time. they dont know how good of actors they are.
    good job :]
and its true dont worry about what others think. its about what you feel.
