    REally enjoyed the write and the meaning here impacted.
    I wish you had continued to used the "bullet" type statements throughout as they add emphasis and could get longer as they built to the conclusion.

    Close your eyes.

    Don't move.

    Don't breathe.

    A deep concentration is required upon doing these steps to cease to exist for a moment.
