Thats a sweet and emotional poem. Nicely written... I gave 5 for it.. Rhymings were good But you didn't try for all. There was a rhythm for it and so it was nice to read. Keep writting.

Just my opinion. I would try 'that' with 'has' but be careful you dont break the rhythm.
