To a lost girl

by walking alone   Dec 18, 2009

Pick another color to shade your life,
Black, white, or the silver of a knife,
Choose another aroma to surround you,
Just like a lie you spread that grew,

Throw another rock at your envious friend,
As you lead your life to another dead end,
Cut your wrists and re-decorate your room,
Then make sure you pick every last shroom,

Decide how long your life is worth living,
As you turn away from another chance of giving,
Control who you talk to and who's around,
While obtaining the right to make a sound,

Lie to the people who scare you the most,
Hiding a face that has just seen a ghost,
Run from anything that could tear you apart,
Scared one day it will break your heart,

End your existence with one last note,
In the lost diary of the life you wrote,
Yeah, just cross that T and dot that I,
Because no one will miss you when you die...
