Another Christmas

Its just another Christmas season.
Malls are packed with people looking for perfect gifts.
Couples walk holding hands with great happiness.
But I'm left again with no one to give me a lift.

Then something about you catches my eye.
The way your face is one of a kind.
I know that I have got to meet you.
Your the girl I have wanted but couldn't find.

Its Christmas day and i got what i wanted.
The most amazing girl in the world to give my heart.
I never knew that Christmas could go so great.
Its only been a few weeks and i hate being apart.

Valentines use to be just a stupid holiday,
But it means so much more since i met you.
Not only does love fill the hearts of many.
It also fills ours and our love is so true.

Its just another great summer night.
I lay with you as fireworks fill the air.
The fireworks that also fill my heart overwhelms me.
I'm still blown away as i watch your sweet blond hair.

Halloween was made to help you be someone new.
But when your the luckiest guy ever
You don't want to be anyone else.
You just want to be in love forever.

I'm reminded again of when we met.
Snow feels the air and music in our ears.
Now we are the one holding hands.
Things have changed so much in a year!

I'm getting your gift as i get the call.
I'm so shocked that i drop the phone.
You didn't see the ice and you died on impact.
Now I'm left again to celebrate Christmas alone.

My tears as they leave my face.
I watch as they lower you into the dirt.
When you left me you took my heart.
And I'm left with nothing but this terrible hurt....
