For being the age you are, these words seem so mature and you are absolutely right with your message here. It's unbelieveable how many people are either blinded or do not recognize the true meaning of Christmas...I agree with Luanne -- no matter how one tries to get the message across, not everyone will be able to believe or understand it, which is kind of unfortunate but the truth. I agree with her completely, you shouldnt give up your faith though. You are one mature girl for your age, you should be proud of yourself for this poem. You used the power of your words to get a great message across. Its not all about the gifts, it's about who the holiday is truly about. |
