You're the reason
why i wake up
every morning.

Without you
i wouldn't be here
right now.

When cupid struck me,
he got me hard.
Cuz i can't
sleep at nights
because im thinking about you.
You're voice is all i hear
You're smell is all i yearn.

Your face pops up
in my head
every time i hear the word love.
I dream of being with you
Day and night.

I dream of nights at the beach,
sand between our toes,
holding hands, as the sun
Sets in the sky
Reminding both of us
Why we exist
That there is beauty in nature.

And when the Alarm Clock rings
And i wake up
I realize that what we want the most in life
Is the thing that is most out of our reach
And i know at that second
That maybe i will cross your mind one day
Maybe one day my fantasies will come true
But for now
I have to wait and wait and wait.

One day you will wake up in the morning
ONe day you will realize
That im your other half
That i will stay by you
Through day and night
I will respect you
Care for you
Hold you
Be there for you
And most importantly
I will love you
More than any other soul
In this entire universe.

But my tears are worth nothing
When they don't mean anything to you

And again
All i will do is wait
Hoping for the day
That i will be

And your eternal wife.

So i haven't written a poem for maybe half a year and initally this was supposed to just be a simple quote.
Im pretty sure its not one of my best poems but just showing how i feel about a certain someone in my life...
