Eyes glazed over, face of stone?

Hastily put back together?

Can you see the hesitation I have,

Laid out for you to stop them?

Can you see the changes,

Can you see my regrets,
And help me learn to accept them?

Can you see my mask,
Stapled and glued onto place?

Can you see these walls I've built,
To keep everyone out?
Can you see this ocean I've crossed,
So no one can reach me?

I yearn for?
Can you see these cuts I make,
