When I needed guidance
To show me what life meant.
You offered me your friendship.
An angel i was sent.

I really needed something
Someone to pull me through.
And just when i was giving up,
My hand reached out to you.

You were gentle and so patient.
You showed me that you cared.
As long as i had you around
I was no longer to feel scared.

My heart told me to trust you
That you would help me fight.
An angel to protect me,
Looks like my heart was right!
