I remember seeing you every week,
But I wasn't sure who you were.
I knew your name was Rhona
And I knew that you were safe.

Each time that I saw you
In the hall of training class,
The feeling of my safety grew
And I thought I could trust you.

I always wanted to let you in
And ask for you to help.
But I didn't know where to begin
Or if you'd even look my way.

But right from the start
When I very first saw you.
There was something in my heart
Telling me to trust you.

And then one week you weren't there,
I didn't know what to do.
There was no one else around to care
My safety disappeared.

But the next week you returned again
I had missed you so so much.
You seemed to understand my pain
even though we never spoke.

But now that i have found you
And have been able to let you in.
I found out that my heart was right,
I know that I can trust you.
