Last in a Lifetime Chance

by Syrus   Jan 12, 2010

Amber skies filling a smile,
Softened hands caress me
In lovers pose, laying a while,
A molded fit, could this be? (Euphoric)

Why is this so sudden,
This sensation overtaking?
It's always been there,
Waiting, that small voice

Am I out of sight? Out of mind?
Soon I'll be evaporating,
Held down by a simple fear
That's leaving me perplexed

Somehow with its simplicity,
Comes enigmatic complexity,
Leaving me half full, lively,
Yet, I feel half empty...(Distraught)
