I see a world in deep desperation
Suffering, dying, going insane

Since when has this world lived on such low standards
Getting drunk, getting high, being such cowards

They say an apple a day
Keeps the doctors away
But it's not taken in and so i hope and pray

Look what has been given
And yet another life down the drain
Destroying the path that's been driven
And causing so much pain

It's more like a pack a day
Can take your breath away
And dying is the price you pay

Smoke fills the air as it enters each lung
It may occur slowly but anything could go wrong

Stop taking it and using stress as an excuse
Don't try it at all, just walk or refuse

So there you have it, I'm just trying to make sense
Because i don't smoke, I don't drink...
