Tangerine Morning. [Rictameter]

by Courageous Dreamer   Jan 16, 2010

Prisms
of tangerine
penetrate lucid shades,
glowing upon my vacant face,
awakening eyes of lingering dreams,
as a new day blossoms to life-
through dancing shades of nude,
multi-colored
prisms

Rictameter: Syllable count --2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2.
Lines 1 & 2 are the same.

Oh Temps, congratulations times a million! I just viewed this piece and felt a sudden piece, the rictameter, and the way you wove such beautiful words into it, was soothing and inspiring. A stunning piece of work from you dear, well worth the win of course.

    God bless you!
