Silent lips
Screaming eyes
Hands that try
To soothe the lies

Fire burning
All around
To scorch the life
That once was found

Pages turning
Blood is ink
Bleeding forth
The thoughts we think

Worthless, loveless
Left behind
Searching
Find no peace of mind
