Trinity

Our world brands all evil things
to only lurk in the dark
to be gruesome, ugly
painted monsters and demons

never hard to find
disguises easy to cast out
or is it? are some hidden in
the corners of the normal mind

those are the real monsters
a seemingly normal man
may have a sinister demon
a ghost of the soul with in

A man, who's childhood...
was left ragged and scarred
a mom who took a bath in her own blood
a dad beaten, drunken and dead

a child left lonely and broken
mind slowly turning to poison
now masking his true intentions
capturing, killing, taking

one for his farther, beaten black & blue
one for his mother, washed in blood
one for his childhood, encased in a concrete
coffin, all escape, and innocence lost

a true monster lives with in
a true demon lurks in ones self
a true wolf in sheep's clothing
is much, much harder to find

remember that as you walk
down the street through the park
the monsters are everywhere
normal is their weapon
