One of those Days

The sky is blue
The sun is warm.
Laughter floats in the air.
Yet one person feels the need,
to slip away.
They're having One of those Days.
Those types of days,
when you're not mad, sad,
happy nor glad.
No emotions at all.
One of those days
where the only thing you feel is
a ripping sense of numbness
over the fact that no one cares,
not really.
The tears come calling,
and people hide they're pain.
Let it eat them out, until they have
one of those days,
where there's nothing.
Nothing at all.
It's just one of those days
where what you need is to cry
in the arms of someone who cares.
But no one cares.
Not really.
