Mommy's Little Girl

by EmilyAnn   Feb 12, 2010

If i had to describe you in just one word
I wouldn't know what to say
You're the words perfect mother
I have no reason to complain

You said you couldn't even believe when i turned one
It all happened so fast
I was so loving and cuddly
But you knew it wouldn't last

Sooner then you knew it
I finally turned five
I remember my first day of kindergarten
You had tears in your eyes

No words could express
The love I have for you
Even though I don't show it
Trust me i really do

I remember when i turned thirteen
I finally turned into something greater
You couldn't believe your eyes
I was actually a teenager

You're my mother, my everything
Completely my world
Seventeen years has past now
And I'm still mommy's little girl
