What If

by Mello193   Feb 12, 2010

What if I wanted to break
Laugh at the beating I take
Could you say you love me anymore
I bet you'd walk right out that door

What if I wanted to break
Bet on my life so I'd lose all the steaks
What if I needed to go
Could you honestly say "no"

What if I wanted to break
Laugh at the lies that you make
Could you say you never really loved me
What if I wanted to flee
What if I'm ready to break

I'm tired of this lie I'm living for you
This is who I really am deep down
Could you love the side of me you don't know?

What if I wanted to break
Laugh at all those beatings I take
Could you say you love me anymore
What if I walk out the door

What if I can't put up with this life
What if I Can't handle the strife
What if I wanted to break
Laugh at the lies that you make

Please say you never loved me anyway
Please tell me that's what you'll say
What if I wanted to break
Laugh at all my silly mistakes
What if I wanted to break
