Rid my mind of all these nightmares of our nights between the sheets,
Another mistake I shouldn't have made, but guilt is my only friend,
Since that last kiss, I've been haunted by your memory inside my head,
Even when I'm awake I feel like I'm walking around half dead.

My life is filled with self-inflicted wounds and bullets that didn't fit right,
Your lies were my safest home, but now it's time to erase those flaws.
