True Friends

They may not be always be there in times of trouble
They might refuse to do some favor
They could be your greatest detractor
But lies deep within their very heart and soul
Are loving and caring people

You might have misunderstanding sometimes
But they find ways to patch things up.
They may not always be there to lend an ear
To dry your tears and wipe away your fears
But even faraway,
They always care.

You might have different points of view.
They may not agree with everything you do.
But they only want the best for you.
And knowing that fact is already enough
To face the world with all your might.

True friends may not always tell the truth.
But that doesn't mean they're untrue
They just protecting your feelings
If they could only shoulder all your sufferings,
They'll take it without thinking

True friends are just few and you're lucky if you had one
Take good care of them and treat them special
Cause its hard to find another one.
Don't do anything to ruin their trust
Or you'll be sorry for the rest of your life.
