Joel

by Molly Beth Dundas   Feb 21, 2010

Walking Down The Street,
With Your Head Face Down,
Walking To Your Own Beat,
On Your Face Not A Smile Nor a Frown.

That When Your Stopped Dead In Your Track,
Your Heart Now Feels Whole,
You Don't Know Why But A Matter Of Fact,
You Just Laid Your Eyes On Joel.

Now The Smile Appears,
And You Face The Real World,
With No More Fears,
The Way Together Yours and Joel's Fingers have Curled.

The Real Worlds Cruel,
And That Not Fair,
But The Number One Rule,
Is To Always Care.

To Never Give In,
Just Another Thing Joel Taught Me,
Like Nemo With One Small Fin,
Life's Meant To Set You Free.

For This I Owe Joel,
More Then Words Apart,
I Owe The Whole,
The Whole Of My Heart.

Joel's My Best Friend
I Like To Believe He Feels The Same,
The Rules Of Gravity Together We Bend,
For Our Friendship I Will Claim!
