I Hate Nothing

by Alicia   Feb 27, 2010

Nothing is the lack of thought, feeling, intuition, and love.

This is the word that spills with disdain from your lips like the name of a long lost lover.
This word that you utter so unfeelingly.

Why Nothing?

Surely something!

The absence of EVERYTHING from your life?
With our hands intertwined, you speak Nothing.
Think Nothing.
Are you Nothing?

Then why say this dreaded work to me?
To throw me off your true feelings and desires?

Do you not trust me to tell me everything AND Nothing?
What else am I here for but to listen and hang on every word you say, whether it is something or Nothing?

Oh how I hate Nothing.

But you are my everything.

Your nothings included.

I would anything for your Nothings.

(I love you Paul, even more then I could ever try to express)
