I usually don't really care for short poems, because I find it too constricting and it's harder to get it all out.

However, this worked out perfectly. You've packed together all this information and the emotion really jumps out at you which as a writer is really hard to accomplish. Also, the end line was perfect. I was really hoping for a good line to end the poem and you delievered perfectly.
