Lost Against Love

What i wish for is love
Even know i cant feel it for myself
Even know i cant protect it
Forget about the feelings i make

I pray the feeling will come to me
Even though deep within me
I cant feel a damn thing
And cant change who i i truly am

I wish in vain and hope the same
I pray to he who will not listen
And consume that which
Cannot be rewritten

I hope for the hopeless and feel the same
Feel as though you would think
The vulnerable again
I seem to have become

Please is the word i say
Again i would say to you
Pray against the judgmental
I fail again against you

I pray to you again
Without response
And i believe that i have become truly numb
And have become lost to every emotion including love
