Rewind

I sit here and find myself thinking of old times
Times when I was depressed
Funnily enough I also find myself missing these times
Not the heartbreak
And not the sorrow
I find myself missing the carefree attitude
The aliveness I had..
It's still there to a certain degree but it's not the same
I find myself wondering what would, what could have been
If only there was a rewind button
Time to do time over
Repave the way life goes
Even rewinding and pausing at 2years ago..
The love and the life that has been lost in that short time..
I find myself thinking these things and really back then I had not a worry in the world..
But I had the weight of the world on my shoulders
My own thoughts my own personal nightmare
