Fairytale

She lives in a fairytale
Somewhere deep in her mind
This world she hates
for it is so unkind

Unicorns running
in purplish-yellow skies
under the water,
this little girl flies

Eat the sweet berries of the Earth
Run in the field of tall grass
Swim in the lake of soft water
Let the real world pass

Thunder rolls outside the window
as do people screaming woes
But inside her world,
she has no foes

So why wake up from this dream?
To come back to reality?
Theres nothing there for her
She's finally been set free
