My eyes are heavy as lead
from the tears I've shed

these tears falling from me

why do I keep causing myself pain?

the face once drowning in sorrow instantly is replaced with a smile
this feeling was worth tears I've wept

but as for me, for now
my tears continue to fall like rain
until one day you make that vow
and there's no more heartache, tears and pain
