A better person for you
Yeah, everything I do or most of it
I do for you
Cause I could care less about me
Who could care for a non - working poet
A young adult with no education
Maybe if i was a sensation or phenomenon
Perhaps a prodigy
Maybe then people would notice me
Yeah, if I meant something
Imagine that
Beyond the poetry, beyond being your friend
I'm still always the mouse chasing the chesse
So I guess if poeple forgot about me
Or if they don't notice me
Well thats fine
As long as you do
Just as long as you keep my face some where in your mind
