Picture To Burn

by Molly Beth Dundas   Mar 20, 2010

In The Pain I Won't Let,
Because This Time I Won't Bother To Fight,
What We Did I Won't Regret,
In My Heart I Know I'll Be Alright.

To Once Say I Love You,
That Just Don't Fade Away,
I Know You Meant It To,
But That Still Doesn't Make It Okay.

You Lied To Me,
Those Words Ain't Meant For Child's Play,
I Didn't Want Him On One Knee,
Just Wanted Him To Stay,

Where Did We Go Wrong,
We Both Ended Up Hurt,
When In The Beginning We Were So Strong,
I Still Wear Your Old T-Shirt.

As The Hot Tears Stream Down My Face,
The Sun Will Never Be The Same,
Not Like The Way Your Smile Light Up A Place,
As It Hung From my Picture Frame.

You Got Your Turn To Speak,
Cause Now It's My Turn,
I Hope You Start To Freak,
When I Realize Your Just Another Picture To Burn.
