Raining Loneliness

The iridescent rays,
Like the subtle kiss of rain,
Take away the fear,
But the pain still remains.

Sitting all alone,
Crying all the time,
Watching the rain fall,
Like the sand of time.

Guilt sweeping over,
Forever feeling sad,
Take away tomorrow,
If tomorrow's all we had.
