Memories of childhood at times does make us want time to slow down or stop when life gets confusing and let us enjoy them and smile again. Well done.

until then we don't realize how much we have

As said above memories we wish we could slow down and keep. This was a nicely penned poem and I enjoyed reading it. :)

You penned a unique and relatable piece for us to enjoy. Life does sometimes reach this point where we just wish it would slow down & we could re-experience those wonderful memories we have of the past. Nicely done,

What a beautiful poem.

Faded are the frocks with frill,
Where did I lost my daffodils?
Time, please stop for a while?
I just remembered how to smile.

Childhood passes us by so quickly. One day we turn around and it is gone. Thankfully we have all our treasured memories to help us smile again when things get hard.
