Gone Again(Octameter)

by Jad   Apr 4, 2010

A loved one escapes
Gone in the grave now.
Thoughts brought to surface
And tears from within.
Crying for our lost,
Feeling inside rend
As they are now gone
With angels again.

Feeling in the mind
Written on our face.
Describes the one missed.
Our love though as time,
-Our heart now races-
Torn now undefined.
In time wounds will mend:
A recycled trend

Sad write, I'm sure everyone can relate to losing someone, but like Sylvia said they never truly go away - they always remain a part of you regardless . Nice job

Your words are so full of sadness. Losing someone we love to death does hurt and over time it hurts less but never entirely goes away. Well done.
