The Painful Truth

Standing here watching the world fly by
Hands are tied
Mouth sewn shut
Falling in place
Running forever
You stop
It worsens
You are suffocating in their lies
Being held back from all that keeps you alive
With words like knives
Tearing apart any dream you ever once had
Taking your every last breath
And laughing
Keeping you alive to suffer
You stand up
To prove you won't let them win
They knock you back down
The situation now worse then before
They have won
For now or so they think
Until you get your revenge
And serve justice for all those
Who also had no other way.
