Gazing at this Screen
Does it resemble the blankness in my life?
Is the glare in recognition of the hate in my Life?
The rectangular box beckons to me
The singing friend calls out to me
Am i too answer?
The nail biting and brow sweating anticipation
I lay in wait
Should I turn the page or close this chapter?
Is my life as a turning page?
Turning...Turning ....Until there is an end
Is the end of this book ,the end of my life?
I reflect.
What have I done?
Have I wished each person that passes by "Hello!"
Did I look in the mirror and see a Beautiful person?
Have I forgiven and Forgot?
The grudges I still hold,
The speeches given in love,hate and anger
Will I be forgiven,this time around?
I stand in awe of you.
Is that enough?
Am I loved?
Cherished?
Remembered?
I am sure they plan
The planting of my life
Am i covered in dirt?
Clean?
Are there tears in your eyes?
Am i missed?
Or do You stand there looking down on me,
With hate or anger?
What will that do?
I have been reaped.
My years have slipped by,
As I forgot you
and many others just like you
I am Sorry.
Will you forgive and forget?
