Never felt so empty
Until this moment.
Never knew emptiness

Staring into space,
Speechless.
Trying to wrap my mind
Around what just happened.

I look back at you,
Confused.
I see your guilt-free eyes
And I'm not surprised.

I feel so hurt,
So betrayed.
I can no longer trust
The person that I love.

Just because you're sick

What you did was wrong
And there's no justification.

How will I ever forgive you this time?
It happened before and I forgave
But that was different
And there's only so much I can forgive.

I deserve much better
I deserve to be happy.
You are thoughtless and selfish
