Questioning Why?

I hate that feeling
Where you feel something bad
You have no clue what it is
Why you feel so sad

Everything is fine
It is what it seems
Things are great
Its not just a dream

Yet, theres something
A little piece inside me
It is dark and scary
But why cant anyone see?

Its still there
No matter where I go
It follows me everywhere
but I don't let it show

So why is it?
Everything is fine
And yet, I still feel the sadness
Deep down inside

*Wrote quickly. Just had a feeling in me that I couldn't explain so I had to write it on paper and this is how it came out..

    Wow you know I have that feeling I'm not sure we are on the same page,
    but you have a good life so far and everything seems to be in its place, yt there is still that thought or feeling of emotion nawing on your side on your very soul and you don't know what it is.?. like you don't know why at times you just want to sit and cry just to let it out but you have no reason to.?. it is very unusual.?. but thhis is the feeling I get and your poem was very comforting(:
